Study Abroad Storage for University of Miami Students
Heading abroad for the spring semester? Stow Simple picks up your things in December, stores them here in Miami, and brings them back in August, so you can pack for your semester abroad and leave the rest to us.

I live on campus
UM residence halls. We drop off free storage bins on December 2 and pick up from your room December 2–10.

1. We pick up
Book online, pack at your own pace, and we carry everything out in early December, right around finals.
2. We store
Your things stay in our storage facility here in Miami while you're abroad. Handled by our family, never shrink-wrapped or stacked.
3. We bring it back
In August, before fall classes, we deliver to your new on-campus room or off-campus address.
What students store while abroad
Most students store clothes, bedding and everyday items, plus the things that don't fit in a suitcase home:
- Mini fridges and microwaves
- Suitcases and duffel bags
- Mattress toppers and pillows
- Drawer carts, under-bed bins and small furniture
- Books, desk supplies and winter clothes

Study abroad storage FAQ
When do you pick up for the spring semester abroad?
Pickups run December 2–10, around finals week, so your room is cleared before you leave campus for winter break.
When do I get my things back?
We deliver in August, before fall classes start, to your new residence hall room or off-campus apartment.
How much does study abroad storage cost?
On-campus study abroad plans start at $95 a month plus tax and include supplies, pickup, storage and delivery. Off-campus pricing depends on how much you store. Choose your pickup option above to see the details.
Is there a minimum?
Study abroad storage covers the full semester away, from your December pickup through your August delivery.
